Bilingual Spanish Representative, Order-to-Cash - Accounts Receivable

Job Summary

The Bilingual Spanish Representative, Order-to-Cash - Accounts Receivable, ensures prompt and accurate collection of accounts receivable balances. This includes sendig emails, sending dunning letters, executing timely phone calls, and utilizing Nordson s SAP enterprize system to run reports on customers. Position requires an individual who has knowledge of collection practices. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make daily collection calls
  • Send daily emails regarding open items though case management tool
  • Document collection related activities for assigned accounts
  • Evaluate orders on credit hold and release when appropriate
  • Interact with customers, both internally and externally, to identify and resolve outstanding issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Dispute management
  • Conduct account research and analysis
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements

Education:

  • Requires High School Diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience is required with an Associate degree
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience is required without a degree
  • Strong background in commercial collections

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
