Job Description:
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for managing the various aspects of the warehouse department. This position must have knowledge of the following: warehousing and receiving product; managing inventories and addressing/reporting any variances (shorts, expirations, daily reports); managing the loading/unloading of trucks; communicating with carriers when necessary; managing hourly hours and overtime; managing warehouse transfers; able to drive forklift and complete any warehouse duty as needed. Other duties include: holding safety meetings; participate in onboarding of new warehouse team members; ensuring the proper administration of personnel policies and regulations; performing other responsibilities as needed.
In addition to warehouse supervision; this position will be responsible for, and focused on materials management of all raw materials in Amherst.

Position-Specific Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 3+ years experience of warehouse and/or supervisory experience.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. ROSS experience preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to complete required paperwork.
Supervisory Skills: Will supervise team members in the warehouse department. Must be able to motivate, lead by example, coach, train and explain correctives.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
