Key
Responsibilities:
Manage case tasks in collaboration with a managing attorney and case attorney in a single pod format.
Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and assist in legal proceedings.
Utilize advanced technology tools, including Word, Excel, and AI platforms like Chat GPT.
Qualifications:
3 to 7 years of experience in a domestic relations law firm.
Paralegal Certificate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Extensive knowledge of Smokeball Practice Management System.
Familiarity with alternative systems like Clio, Practice Panther, Rocket Matter, and MyCase is also valued.
Experience with AI technologies, particularly Chat GPT, is highly beneficial.
