Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers - Assist with event planning and coordination - Handle incoming phone calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues - Maintain accurate records and files - Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes and other important documents - Assist with general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing office supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where you will interact with a diverse range of customers.
